- 2 cups self-raising flour
- ¾ cup cheese (grated)
- ½ cup ham (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 150g butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs parsley (chopped)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tray.
- In a bowl, place the flour, cheese, red pepper and ham.
- Combine the egg, milk and butter in a bowl.
- Add the flour, cheese, red pepper and ham to the wet ingredients.
- Mix until combined.
- Pour into the muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
