Ham and pineapple pizza pitas


  • 4 pitas
  • 225 g sliced deli ham
  • 1 cup of mozzarella grated
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained

How it’s made:

  • Heat oven to 220˚ C.
  • Place the pitas on a baking sheet. Layer with the ham, mozzarella, and pineapple.
  • Bake until the pitas are crisp, and the cheese has melted about 10 to 12 minutes
