- 4 pitas
- 225 g sliced deli ham
- 1 cup of mozzarella grated
- 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
How it’s made:
- Heat oven to 220˚ C.
- Place the pitas on a baking sheet. Layer with the ham, mozzarella, and pineapple.
- Bake until the pitas are crisp, and the cheese has melted about 10 to 12 minutes
