Watermelon Ice Cream


  • 2 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 2 cups full cream milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 3 hours.
  3. Remove mixture from loaf pan and blend again.
  4. Pour back into loaf pan and freeze for another hour.
