Then, place the flowers in a sunny spot: as the flowers drink the water they will magically change colour. This experiment takes more time with certain flowers. White roses may change colour overnight. The daisies may take much longer. This is not necessarily a bad thing. This only extends the life of the experiment and is also a good lesson in patience."}
